All products are Brand New (unless specified) and come with full manufacturer’s warranty.
Check product listing for warranty period.

Colour may vary on some items. Images may not represent the true shade of colour in the picture, if the colour is advertised in the heading it will be that colour
(eg. Coleman Foxy Lady Lounger Black. Black shade may vary).

Postage & Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hrs of full payment including freight if applicable
(excluding public holidays and weekends).

If you request to pick up your product in-store the above still applies. Some products are not in-store, and will be sent from one of our warehouses (in other states), and you will be contacted by phone when the item has been delivered, and ready to be picked up in-store.

Delivery time 3 to 7 business days.

Allow 5 to 10 business days if in NT, WA or TAS.

Please inspect product on receipt and if there is any transit damage to the carton or to the contents you must detail this on the consignment note with the courier when signing for the product . As per all couriers terms and conditions, you must notify them (us) within 24 hours of receiving the item to report this as damaged in transit. There is no freight insurance if you have not noted the damage on the consignment note and have not notifed us within 24 hours.

Postage is via Australia Post or courier and all goods require a signature.

If no one is present to sign for the delivery, you will be required to collect your goods from post office or courier depot.

We will not pay for a second drop to address.

Please check your address and details on your account is correct.

If any details are different to your account, you must contact us immediately.

If item is sent to an incorrect address based on the details given to us by you, a redirection charge will apply.

Tax invoice is in an envelope attached to the outside of the parcel.

You must retain this receipt as proof of purchase.

Payment Method

Payment method paypal, credit card, direct deposit, Afterpay, Zippay & Zipmoney.

If paying by direct deposit, make sure you use your full name as a reference on the direct deposit.

May take 2 to 5 working days to clear into our bank account.

No items will be sent until all money is cleared.

Return Policy

Goods cannot be returned if you simple change your mind.

Items cannot be returned if original packing is opened or damaged or incomplete.

The items must be returned within seven days – we cannot grant a refund if item is not in resellable condition.

The purchaser will incur delivery cost for returning the item to us.

We will not accept COD Return Package.

Our postage cost and paypal fees will be deducted from refund amount.

All products are new and come with manufacturer’s warranty.

If an item is faulty, you must contact us.

Most items sold have an Australian wide service agents.

If the item doesn’t, we will arrange for the item to be inspected.

If you pay with Afterpay, Zippay or Zipmoney and you cancel your order, you will be charged a fee of 7% of your overall purchase price including freight.

If you cancel an online purchase at any time there is a 10% cancelation fee of your overall purchase price excluding freight.

In the event of an error we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.
